Shipping Policy

At Delta Morphs, we proudly ship both nationally and internationally using PostNL.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the European Union (The Netherlands).

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders placed on business days before 17:00 (5:00 PM CET) are typically handed over to PostNL on the same day.

For shipments within the Netherlands, this often results in delivery on the next business day. Deliveries to neighboring European countries are typically completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to PostNL, the transportation process and final delivery are entirely outside the control of Delta Morphs. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, local delivery services, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Track & Trace

All shipments are sent with a Track & Trace service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier's tracking system.

International Shipments

Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means that the shipping charges shown during checkout only cover the actual transportation costs charged by PostNL.

Any additional costs that may arise upon arrival in the destination country, including but not limited to:

• Import duties
• Customs clearance fees
• Import VAT/GST
• Other local taxes or government charges

are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Delta Morphs has no control over these charges and cannot predict whether such fees will be applied or what the amount may be.

Shipping Costs

The shipping rates displayed during checkout reflect the actual shipping costs charged to us by PostNL. We do not add handling fees or surcharges to our shipping rates.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections or processing times. Delta Morphs cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other government agencies.
